Dearest Readers, Hello, and welcome to my blog! My name is Nicole Nunes, and I'm excited to go on this social justice journey with you! Before we take a deep dive into the world of social justice, I wanted to give you all a little introduction to myself. I am an early childhood education major here at RIC. I have always wanted to be a teacher, and have found a passion for working with young children. There is just something about shaping young minds and building their educational foundations that excites me. After getting my degree at RIC, I plan to open up my own daycare. Not only am I a student and an aspiring teacher, I am a goalkeeper on the RIC Women's Soccer team. When I'm not in school or on the soccer field, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, curled up with a good romance book, or making jewelry for my online store. I'm a girl with many layers, and I can't wait for you to see deep into these layers throughout the year!
